KL House
The modern design of the building is characterised by simple, minimal lines and an impressive entrance.
KL House is located in Palodia village, just 7 km away from the center of Limassol. This private house, was designed based on the customer's specific needs.
Completed Project
Minimal architecture design with open functional spaces.
The building is divided in two floors. The ground floor is the main area of the house consisting of the social areas like the living room, dining room and kitchen. The main characteristic of the ground floor is the open plan area which creates very large, functional spaces.
These comfortable spaces are connected with the outside yard through a large open space in the living room. The second floor of the house, is the private area which consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom and the bathroom. There are also covered and uncovered verandas around the house and a storage room on the ground floor.
